How Rankings Work

① Two separate leaderboards

⭐

Core Officers — ranked together in a single leaderboard at the top of the dashboard, regardless of committee.

👥

Committee Members — ranked within their own committee. Each committee has its own #1, #2, #3.

② Only required meetings count

Officers are only judged on meetings they were expected to attend.

Present — showed up.

✗

Absent — required but didn't come.

—

Not required — not expected to attend.

③ Attendance rate = attended ÷ required

If an officer attended 8 out of 10 required meetings, their rate is 80%.

④ Same rate? More meetings wins.

Perfect across 10 required meetings ranks higher than perfect across 2.

⑤ 30% threshold to be ranked

Officers must be required for at least 30% of all meetings to appear in the ranked list.
